Yes. Everything we sell is brand new and factory sealed in its original packaging. Where a product has a regional version, such as UK or GCC, we show it on the product page so you know exactly what you are getting.
How fast is delivery?
Next-day express is available in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman for orders placed before 2pm. Standard delivery reaches all seven emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain) in 1 to 3 working days. Delivery is free on orders over AED 500.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to AED 5,000.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.
Do consoles come with a warranty?
Consoles, controllers and other hardware carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your order number and we will handle the claim for you.
What is the difference between UK, GCC and other versions?
Regional versions differ in plug type, packaging language and sometimes the bundled game region. All of them work in the UAE. Email us if you are unsure which one to choose.
